Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Manager Post Sales Strategy for a reputed Real Estate Company at the (CBD Belapur)Navi Mumbai  Location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing Strategy for Post Sales, Billing, and Collection 
  • Post Sales Strategy - Identify bottlenecks, develop plans to materialize strategy, and prepare business proposals.
  • Strategically creating analytical reports and presenting findings to the Directors of the Company after studying the current trends and coordinating with various departments and VP's.
  • Monthly financial projections and subsequently setting targets for the billing and collection team
  • The connecting link between the business and tech departments for tech improvisations in the existing process
  • Analyzing MIS reports 

Candidate's Profile:

  • Very Good English Communication.
  • Go getting Attitude.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good Coordination and convincing skills.
  • Team Handling Experience Must.
  • Promotion within the same company is preferred.
