Mechanical In charge - Distilleries ( Uganda -Kampala)

Job Description:

Responsibilities: In charge for Utilities & Maintenance in Existing 40 KL plant

· Maintenance of MS,SS storage tanks and Reactors

· Responsible for smooth running of 10 TPH FBC Boiler with 0.5 MW of Siemens turbine inspecting the
consumption coal and regulating the production steam as per needs.

· Responsible for Proper production water from DM plant for boiler and softener plant for cooling
towers. Inspecting and controlling the amount of chemicals used.

· Man power Management

· Coordinating with workers and providing proper manpower in each shift if any absentees for
uninterrupted running of plant

· Preparing attendance sheets and leave lists of workers

Project Co-coordinator for new 100 KL (PRAJ) distillery plant

· Inspecting and verifying the materials & equipment received from dealers before storage

· Collecting and Filing all Drawings Plot Plan, Layout Diagram, plan & Elevation Diagram
maintaining and updating any correction in it.

· Coordinating with Mechanical Contractors for welding and fabrication works of structures, Pipes
and Tanks.

· Preparing daily progress report in Excel and submitting to Project Manager in daily basis
