PURPOSE
EPC : MEP Design & Build Vertical
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Experience Min : 18 - 20 Years in Airport, Metro, Hospital, Factories & Building, Ports etc in a Contracting / consultancy firm.
- Experience in designing of AIS / GIS / Hybrid type Substations
Rating : 220KV/132KV/ 66KV /33KV/11KV
- Well versed with Codal Requirement in Substation Design
- Experience in designing and selection of HT switch gears (Circuit Breakers, Isolators, Load Break Switch, Surge Arrestor, Earth Switches, etc)
- Experience in designing of Bus Bars
- Experience in designing and selection of CT, VT
- Experience in designing / selection of switch yard hardwares e.g. Clamps, Connectors, insulator strings,
- Experience in designing of Compact Substations (CSS)
- Must completed Minimum 05 Projects from Design to Hand over stage.
- Aptitude towards adaption of new technologies to improve productivity and quality
- Must be pro-active and well communicative in approach.
- Experience in selection of Transformers / DG sets type & capacity
- Experience in selection of HT Cables base on short circuit, voltage drop calculation
- Hands on experience of relevant IS / BS / IEC / NEC / NFPA / NBC standards during design
- Experience in designing of relay co-ordination, metering, protection etc
- Experience in Peer Review of design, drawings, documents.
- Experience in analysing Tender Documents, Drgs, etc, raising of Pre-bid queries
- Leading Technical discussion with client, consultant, PMC and other stake holders
- Hand on experience in preparation of Concept Design Documents & Drgs.
- Hand on experience in preparation of Design Basis Report (DBR), Detailed BOQ
- Familiarization with AUTOCAD, BIM operation
- Hand on experience on review of MEP coordinated drawing
- Hand on experience of design software.
- Experience in factory witness test of transformers testing
