We are having opening for Procurement & Contracts in Hyderabad.
Responsible for project subcontracts, PRW, manpower contracts, equipment hiring & procurement, RMC ? Selection of Contractors to float tenders, tender floating ? Scheduling & arranging Pre bid meeting with Contractors. ? Involved & arranging technical meetings with shortlisted bidders ? Leading to negotiation meetings with Contractors. ? Co-ordination with bidders & project team for smooth contract finalization techno commercially. ? Drafting proposal for management approval & preparing work order on SAP. ? Ensuring all statutory compliances of recommended contractors. ? Arranging Kick-off meeting with Contractor along with Project team, after awarding the Contract. ? Work order amendments of existing contractors by verifying reconciliation statement of quantity executed & quantity awarded in work order. ? Verifying quantities certified by project team v/s quantities awarded in work order. ? Various reports submitting to management for contracts & procurement review.
