Charging(CBS & VAS)
Job Description:
Job Objective: |
|
||
Accountable for delivering and implementing charging & billing system functionalities along with VAS Network products that are capable to provide the company’s services. |
|
||
Key Responsibilities/Duties |
|
||
§ Assessment of capacity utilization of Huawei CBS / Multi-vendor , VAS and Messaging nodes i.e. SMSC , SS7 & Diameter FW MMSC , RBT ,USSD , Voice SMS , Voice Mail , MCA , OTA , Bulk SMS , MDSP , Anti Spamming / SMS FW and analysis for future optimization . § Technical understanding of CBS / VAS protocols & Specifications such as SMPP, SNMP, SS7, M3UA , SS7, Sigtran, TCP,IP, Diameter, CAP,INAP ,SIP , SMTP, SNMP , MAP , ISUP etc. § Design of Service level agreements (SLA) in ensuring smooth operation of the platform and services in coordination with network operations and vendor. § Project Management, including coordination with all network operations, Billing, IT, Marketing. § Participate actively with BSS, Commercial and main vendor in carrying out new service implementation § Work with a team of specialists to improve and upgrade CBS /VAS and Messaging infrastructure. § Administration and addition for expansion projects, network performance analysis and optimization. § To be first responsible of escalation of network critical alarms along with Emergency handling. § Work closely with the Technical Managers on Solutions scoping, customizations and realizations with respect to existing nodes up gradations & expansions. § Responsible for various VAS application, trouble ticket, change request and acceptances.
