Position:          Foreman(Mechanical)

Location:         Sarigam nearby Vapi

Experience:     2-10 YEARS

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintenance and preventive maintenance for-

• Dry drawing (OTO and SLM type) machines:-Gearbox, die box, drum, water inline and outline, guide pulley, pay off stand ,DBC etc.
• Wet drawing (Gear type and Timing pulley type) machines:-Gear box both helical and bevel gear, timing pulley ,Spooler etc.
• Flattening mill machine:- Rotating pay- off, Rolling block, turk head block, setting drum, hydraulic cylinder, Relay drum. etc.
• Bellfurnace (circulator, retort, base), Patenting Furnace:- Module, blower, Burner, pipeline, burner accessories) and Patenting plant(Take-up, acid circulating vertical (VN55) & Horizontal pump, phosphate, borax tank, Guide pulley and roller etc. 
• EOT CRANE :-Main drum, wire rope, Gear box, Tyre and Gear coupling, Hook assembly, LT, Trolley, Gear wheel.
• Pickling Plant:-Scrubber, HCL Tank, Washing Pump ,phosphate tank, Borax tank, Lime tank and tray and dry oven, Lime are mixing tank, Burner and blower etc.
• Utility section and cooling Tower:- operation and maintenance of lubricating pump house(Mechanical seal pump, kds, Splite-casing Pump, DB-pump and PNG gas pipe line and consumption verification etc.
• ETP Plant:-Operation and maintenance of root blower, Dosing pump, Carbon, sand and membrane filter and follow the UPPCB Consent and maintain all records.
• AIR COMPRESSOR:- Operation and maintenance of reciprocating compressor.
• Responsible for fabrication and erection work (platform, spooling system, New pay-off etc). installation new machine, and design capacity of required blower and Burner etc.
• Responsible in handling Tool room (Lathe machine, Milling machine, Drill machine, Shaper machine).
• Maintaining the ISO standards and procedures (Preventive checklist, Conditioning
• Monitoring,5S,CAPA Analysis, Pareto Chart.) and follow fire safety and refilling the fire extinguisher periodically.
• NC closing ability when External or internal audit.

Required Skills

• Good Computer knowledge.
• Good Technical Knowledge.
• Good Knowledge of wire industry is Must.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech-Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
