Education:-DME/BE Mech.
Experience in Years: - 10 +Years of Manufacturing Industry.
Salary:- 6,00,000/- 8,50,000/- LPA
Job Profile:-
- ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2008,
- ISO/TS/IATF 16949 Awareness, PPAP/Process Flow, FMEA/Control Plan/IPO
- Responsible for In-Process Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality & Final Quality Assurance, customers? complaints & customers? audits
- To co-ordinate with external quality auditors and monitor the compliance of auditors? reports.
- Monitored 5F system (Find, Focus, Fix, Fast and Feedback) for quality issues.
- Worked on SPC study, MSA, 7QC tools, TPM, Kaizen, Poka yoke, 5S systems.
