Job Description:

Urgent requirement of production shift in charge for induction furnace division for raipur location 

Handling body, glaze & frit formulation for porcelain, Gvt, multicharger & soluble salt, planned for frit productionand arranging its raw materials and managed plant administration, logistic & dispatches of finished products.
Spearheaded manufacturing operations starting from procurement of raw material till finished product, by leading a group of production engineers and quality control team.
Optimized resources like man, material and machine, to achieve pre set production targets and analyzed & rectificated of defects, planning for preventive maintenance & break down maintenance. 
Ensured processes are being implemented based on quality and quantity; conducting skills enhancement trainings to all manpower under product line.
Streamlined new & existing process for product optimization, yield improvement and adopting cost reduction techniques to increase revenue.
Implemented manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports strategic initiatives.
Evaluated production reports and ensuring quality verification based on corporate designed quality procedures; forecasting resources allocation.
