Deputy Manager
Job Description:
To provide technical support toward the developmental work in Rubber & Polymer.
To conduct trials at Shop floor and independent labs for company products in Rubber and Polymer space .
To satisfy technical needs/problems of customer in using TSIL Products.
1 To conduct trials for the products – Zn Oxide TS -99, Active, H.S.A & New Products at customer’s end.
2 To carry out trials, if required visit the expert faculty members who are specialist in the subject and take/seek their guidance for the same.
3 To visit customer sites for problem shoot-outs of Rubber products.
4 To study the application methods of customer base and process by visiting their units.
5 To prepare visit report, submit and discuss with the senior of the department.
6 To spend time with library and internet to study current market of Rubber, technical developments in chemicals used in Rubber. Based on the information, work on some new printing recipes for Rubber and submit the report with results to seniors.
7 To maintain progressive report of R & D trials.
8 To suggest new products for the Rubber Segment.
