HR Executive - Manufacturing ( Chemical)
Job Description:
Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants;
notifying existing staff of internal opportunities;
maintaining personnel records;
obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
Pays employees by calculating pay; distributing checks;
maintaining records.
Forming and maintaining employee records.
Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
Coordinate the development of Human Resources policies for the organization with regard to employee relations Coordinate the implementation of company safety and health programs
Must understand standard operating procedure.
