Job description

Essential Duties:

• Receive incoming telephone calls from customers and provide them with the relevant information for sales
• Respond to social media queries received and allocate it to the concerned sales location
• Act as the first point of contact with the customer
• Forward the leads generated to salesperson and follow up with them
• Handling queries and complaints of the customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Input all relevant data for each call in the system
• Various administrative duties as assigned by operations

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have experience in international customer assistance
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
• Skilled at providing exceptional service to customers over the phone or e-mail
• Experience related to the transportation industry would be a huge asset
• Energetic and positive nature
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Job Timings: 1:30pm to 11pm.
