Position: IT Manager
Location: Rourkela, Odisha
JD:
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Manage IT systems and services
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment within organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and fix them
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Working with the team to implement and support the organization SAP ERP
- Preparing project and product documentation
- Establishing, documenting and implementing policies and procedures
- Educating and training of users, and coaching of IT staff
- Expert support in project implementation
- Vendor & supplier management
