Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TENDER JOB:
- Studying the tender document, preparation of pre-bid technical query and attending the pre-bid meetings.
- Preparation of piping layout
- Preparation ofBOQ of Pipes, valves, strainers etc. as per tender requirement for costing.
- Preparation of inquiry of piping items & technical evaluation of offers with respect to tender specifications.
- Under standing of PMS & VMS
- Preparation of piping supports details.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROJECT JOB:
- Preparation of DCI with respect to piping.
- Preparation of piping layout
- Preparation of Piping area division plan
- Preparation of piping area drawing.
- Knowledge of STRESS Analysis.
- Preparation & checking of ISOMATRIC drawings
- Preparation of line wise MTO
- Preparation of MR for piping items.
- Piping Modeling
- Equipment Modeling
- Electrical & Instrument Tray Modeling (Extra Knowledge)
- Civil structures modeling
- Preparation of Closer report of 30%,60% & 90% model review
