Job Description:
Requirement for PRODUCTION MANAGER - for well reputed plant.at KOLKATA location.
Foundry Process and Inspection in phise plate casting production
Checking gating & Method system, Pattern checking with help of drawing before moulding,
Moulding sand selection & mould dimension checking and setting the core as per drawing.
Pouring Temperature calculations and analysis.
Sand quality checking, Marking report analysis, Castings defect analyzing & its salvaging.
Process Parameters observations.Responsible for maintaining equipment calibrations and documentation.
Responsible for Lab activity and documentation.
Set the road map for automotive quality improvement. Work with QA team to fulfill automotive quality requirements.
Work with supply chain team to create flexibility across various foundries to ensure product continuity.
Resolve any urgent issue related to the foundry.
