Job Description:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy with minimum 15 years of experience in Welding / NDT (Non? Destructive Testing) plus Level?II in RT (Radiographic Testing) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy with minimum 20 years’ experience in Welding / NDT plus Level–II in RT
A Lead Welder - Fabricator provides lead supervision in the oversight of the activities of the weld shop and performs specialized duties involving welding and metal fabrication related to mobile vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.
Conducting rigorous tests on structures and materials using non-destructive techniques. Developing and instituting bespoke NTD procedures for specified products and materials during and after manufacturing. Identifying structural and material defects. Interpreting test results.
