- Ready to work on individual contribution.
- Maintain team reports & client requirements reports properly.
- Supervise individual reports with revenue
- The team leader will take charge once if the delivery manager is in absence of duties.
- Ready to adapt to new skills
- Shortlisting the candidates as per clients requirements
- Scheduling up the interviews.
Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates - Must achieve the team target
