Key Factors for Selecting, Scrutinizing and Shortlisting (For Sr. Security Officer)
(01) Retired Jr. Commissioned Officers of Indian Armed Forces - Army, Airforce/Navy/Central & State Police Forces (Subedar/Naib Subedar/Chief Petty Officer/Jr. Warrent Officer/Sergent/Asst. Sub-inspector (CAPF)/ Fresher for the position of Sr. Officer.
(02) Upper age limit is 38-45 years and Medical Category Shape-1.
(03) Willing to relocate and willing to stay inside the plant as a Force Bachelor.
(04) Able to prepare Reports in Hindi/English and must be a computer literate.
(05) We May consider recently retired candidates also.
(06) Educational Qualification:- Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
(07) Minimun Height-170 Cms.
(08) CTC-06 to 7.5 Lacs + Bachelor Accomodation + Incentive (Rs. 1500 to Rs. 2500)

Company Profile
The company is in midst of implementing a 0.42 Million Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) integrated steel plant to produce steel. Steel thus produced will consume 0.315 Million Tonne Sponge Iron from the proposed unit and 0.03 Million Tonne from the existing unit. Thus consuming the entire quantity of high grade sponge iron produced in its own manufacturing facilities. When iron is smelted from its ore by commercial processes, it contains more carbon, phosphorus, sulphar etc. than is desirable. To produce high quality steel, the elements must be brought to the within the desirable limits. The liquid steel is processed through AOD and VOD furnaces to achieve the desirable limits of elements. The liquid is then continuously casted into long slabs or through ingots.
