Accounts Executive- Manufacturing

Job Description:

The person in-charge will be the member of Finance & Accounts Team and will have to take care of all Cash & Bank Activities & Management of the same.

The duties will involve

1. To correspond with the bank for all banking transactions
2. To take care of documentations for export Realizations & Import payments
3. To Communicate with Sales team for customer receivable Management
4. Cash flow management
5. To assist the team during the Audit

Skills & Interests:

1. Good correspondence skills
2. Basic Knowledge of Accounts & Audit
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly in Excel
4. Ability to handle pressure
5. Ability to work Quickly and Good Grasping Skills
6. Problem solving approach with root cause removal
7. Ability in work independently and co-ordinate with Sales Team
8. Good communication skills in local language and English
9. The ability to manage a varied workload
10. The initiative to work on your own or as part of a team
11. An awareness of health and safety legislation

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor / master’s in commerce from a reputed institute

Proficient in English, good communication skills

Preferred:

2 to 3 years of experience and knowledge of manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of SAP
