Job Description:

Research potential vendors.
Compare & evaluate offers from suppliers.
Preparing & processing requisitions & purchase orders.
Prepare & maintain a list of supplier & price database.
Track orders & prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

The company provides quality products in affordable price through our associate manufacture from India.

Technical evaluation of the basic requirement of raw material & Packing material pharmaceutical formulation plant.

Complete technical understanding of basic raw material like Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) , Excipients , various types of packing material etc used in formulation plant.

Planning of procurement activities with co- ordination with respective department.

Co- ordination , follow- up with various vendors for collection of quotations & then evaluation of all required material for plant.

Preparation / presentation of comparative statements & primary negotiations with all the vendors.

To discuss quality aspects with respective departments & updating of vendors list.

Daily / weekly reporting of the procurement status to the seniors as per defined program.
