Store Executive -(Pharma-formulations, API)
Job Description:
- To monitor the appropriate storage condition and day to day cleaning of stores area.
- To see that FIFO (First In, First Out) system is maintained while dispensing the materials. Also, intimate the Q.C. for retesting of materials on or before due dates.
- To record Narcotic Materials in register.
- To Ensure that Narcotic materials in Lock & Key Cupboard.
- To restrict the entry of personnel in and out of stores.
- To organize the materials at appropriate stage to respective stage area.
- To keep control on the printed packaging materials and reconciliation of materials.
- To keep control on the issuance of materials to production.
- Maintain Stock Register and records of all activities and processes pertaining to the storehouse.
- To ensure that all receipts are processed in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety codes.
Place all Drums on Pellets or Rack.
