Job Description:
We are Currently Looking COO (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER) - At Ahmedabad Location
Description:-
Reporting to M.D. as an integral member of the senior management team, accountable for efficient & effective
management of mining activities including acquisition, process follow up, execution and production.
* Technical and official correspondence, handling of mining lease formalities, Processing of Mining lease
Application at diff. Govt. Agencies, preparation and approval of Mining plan & mine closure plan from IBM,
application for pre-environmental clearance from MoEF, conduct pre-environmental public hearing, prep. &
submission of EIA report, getting EC from MoEF, acquisition of land, implementation of pre-project activities, and
the after effect compliance as getting permission from different statutory authorities i.e. DGMS,SPCB for starting
operation of mines .
. Handling all corporate level planning related to Mining & Geology.
. Responsibility & complete supervision of Domestic & International mining activities.
. To identify the resources requirement and allocate within inter sites and plan for movement and utilization,
monitoring the program vis-a-vis resource availability; controlling the cost of execution and the project cost
overall; identification of the contractor and monitor the performance. Identify the resource
. Safe operation of Mines fulfilling all statutory norms, Systematic geological investigation along with exploration
by core drilling for preparation of evaluation report. This involves preparation of cross section, estimation of
reserve in different categories, grade evaluation, formulating mining scheme and assessment of environment
management.

A Greenfield project, proposes
establishment of mini integrated steel plant with captive power plant. It
comprises of Pellet plant (Pellets – 800 TPD), DRI Kilns (Sponge Iron -
600 TPD), Steel Melting Shop (MS Billets – 1000 TPD), Rolling Mill
(Structural Steel, TMT Bars & Rolled products – 1000 TPD), Power
Generation–12 MW [7 MW through Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB)
and 5 MW through Fluidized bed combustion (FBC) Boiler].
Project activity falls under item 3(a), categorized as Category ‘A’ project
as per the Schedule of EIA Notification, 2006 and its subsequent
