Job Description:
Position: Production (Assembly Line) Senior Engineer (1 No)
About the responsibilities of the position: The main activity of the production Senior Engineer is that he is responsible for all the shop flower activities as peer following job profile. .
Reporting to: Assistant Manager
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical
Desired Experience: Up to 7 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in an Automobile industry in Assembly line.
Salary upto : CTC 3.50 Lac
Skills Set required/Job Profile :
- Monitor status of consumables, spares and other inventories and coordinate with the Inventory, Stores and Logistics department to ensure availability as per the production plan
- Review and approve material in SAP raised by Production Team member and intervene in case of any delays or issues
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to safety standards by all employees in the unit
- Identify any technical issues or resource shortages in the operations of the assigned unit and take corrective action; highlight any discrepancies to Unit Head
- Oversee documentation of all production activities, including attendance of manpower, overtime, material consumption, inventory withdrawals, maintenance failures, etc.
- Responsible for preparing monthly PQCDSM report and present findings to the Production Head
- Analyse daily and monthly production reports to measure progress against target output, present findings to Production Head and provide own suggestions to improve production efficiency
