ERP Tech Support
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Support person to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing Support for Software to all users
- Analyse the issues, find root cause & solve them
- Educate/Train the users for the issue based on its solution
- In case of bugs, coordinate with Development Team/Vendor Support for getting the issues fixed.
- Understanding the business requirements, translate to scenarios for testing and configuring the datasets as per the business domain to validate, test, demonstrate the same with end users and navigating the UAT process.
- Documenting/Updating the business requirements and translating them into functional documents.
- Create walkthrough of the software for the users
- Implementation of new features/product customization as per business needs
- Testing, Implementation of new tools for users
