Job Description:

  ? Manufacturers of sheet metal components for furniture industry since 30+ years.
? All factory activities to be handled including - supply chain, employee management, production
planning, inventory control, quality management and development.

? Accountable for making Production Plan from Sales plan according to requirements of Marketing
?  Release of Production order settlement & TECHO

?  MRP run for new production order creation
?  Rework order creation
? Shortage follows up for Final Assembly Line, foaming, paint shop& part process dept.
? Coordinate with various departments (Part Process, Stores, Production, and Purchase& Paint Shop)
for smooth functioning of production. Coordinate with logistic team for timely dispatch of finished
goods.
? Follow up of All Export Models Dispatch with all the extra components as a spare for the machine.
? Generate reports for the top management thereby showcasing other details like maintaining
production record, current FG inventory, production plan vs. actual production& dispatches.
? Responsible for doing FG production entry in SAP.
? Taking WIP Stock of all departments, like Part Process, paint shop, foaming & final assembly line
every month and maintain the record of the same.
? Managing intercompany metal parts scheduling& send it to plant.
? Managing stock of intercompany materials.
? Generate monthly requirements of intercompany & send to concern departments for making an
intercompany PO.
? Coordinate with other branches for procuring metal components. Coordinate with Purchase
department for material indents and procurement at right time.
? Arranging Exports & local spares requirements as per the schedule given by service.
? Coordinate with service department to fulfil all the necessary requirements.
