Hiring for Sr. Electrical Maintenance Engineer  

Company Profile: Established largest distillery in Maharashtra, started molasses base production in the month of December-2008, having manufacturing capacity of 1.20kl/per day with modern technology and advanced plant and machinery with latest technology and atomization PLC, SCDA. DCS etc systems and having our own 3 MW thermal /co-generation captive power plant, We have also Grain base Distillery having production capacity of 60kl/ENA per day 

Job Description:

Responsible for executing activities related to the installation, maintenance and upkeep of electrical equipment, components and/or systems under the guidance of the (HEAD- Electrical)

Projects:

Execute electrical installations for projects to facilitate on-time completion while ensuring quality standards, under supervision of HOD

Maintenance:

Execute predictive and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned in the maintenance schedule especially for areas/equipment of plant assigned by the HOD.

Execute breakdown maintenance activities, if and when required and assist in minimizing downtime and loss of productivity

Take regular stock of the status of electrical equipment’s for the areas/equipment’s assigned

Provide inputs on requirements listing and indents as well as advice on quality and specifications for electrical equipment to be sourced for various maintenance needs for areas/equipment of plant assigned by the HOD.

Monitor operations of the Power Control Centre for load monitoring on the co-gen turbine, diesel gen-set and MSEB and synchronization of diesel gensets and co-gen turbine

Oversee activities and operations of contractual jobs and report deviations to HOD.

Equipment’s Purview: PLC, VFD, SERVO DRIVE, SERVO/STEPPER MOTOR, Electricals of 160 KLPD Distillery and Automatic Bottling Plant for Potable Liquor, 11/0.433KV Switchyard & Elect. Sub-station, Boiler, Steam Turbine, Cummins DG sets, Synchronizing Panel, PCCs & MCCs, Power Distribution System, Motors

Sales:

To create awareness of benefits and applications of bio-manure amongst locally present end-users such as farmers with the aim of generating demand for bio-manure produced

Drive sales of bio-manure produced at the plant facility through the bio-composting process along with Manager

Records and Reports:

Provide inputs to HOD in preparation of daily power consumption / various maintenance reports.

 B.E / B. Tech (Electrical)
