Job Description:
We are urgently looking for HR into Talent Acquisition Division.
Designation- Based on CTC and exposer
Minimum Qualification-Graduate/MBA(Preferred)
Minimum Experience- 5-10 years purely into TA.

Job Responsibility:
- Handling entire recruitment cycle of Non-IT , IT and any other strategic profiles.
- Sourcing quality profiles as per the requirements through databases, networking, referrals, job portals, headhunting etc.
- Mapping of companies and candidates, screening through telephonic interviews.
- Using Social Networking Sites for headhunting, doing Job posting and making daily MIS reports.
- Tracking job Application through ARS and keep the system updated.
- Scheduling interviews in sync with the HOD’s and directors, negotiation with the selected candidates.
