POSITION: Senior Manager – Institutional Sales

Reports to(Position): VP and Zonal Head – Institutional Sales

Business Unit: Institutional Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Position Purpose:

The position will be responsible for handling corporates and other Institutional Clients, Liaising with Mid and Large size treasuries/Institutional Clients.

Responsible for developing, building, and managing existing/new relationships for improving the market share and acquiring new set of clients in small, mid, and large segments to improve the overall AUM.

• Principal Accountabilities:

You Will Be Responsible For:

· Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients.

· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking efforts.

· Understand the needs and objectives of institutional clients and provide fund recommendations.

· Coordinate with internal teams, including research analysts, Fund managers to deliver timely and relevant market insights and investment ideas to clients.

· Prepare and present proposals, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the firm's capabilities and offerings.

· Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at growing the firm's institutional client base. · Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the marketplace.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization The Experience You Bring:

· Should have existing relationship with key corporates, family offices, and distributors

· The incumbent should be well entrenched in the market and well-versed with the competition

· Should have 5-12 years of relevant experience in AMC or any other financial institution handling Institutional Clients.

· Must have relevant knowledge of Fixed Income & Equity Markets and should be able to gauge the impact of government and RBI policies on markets and mutual fund products and advise the clients accordingly.

Experience Candidate with relevant experience in AMC or any other financial institution handling corporates and other institutional clients in the location 5-12 years of experience
