Roles and Responsibilities
1. Support and execute critical HR processes, including compensation, performance
management, Talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce planning.
2. Provide guidance & Educate employees and managers on HR policies and practices and
procedures
3. Recruitment Sourcing, interview, salary negotiation Assist in the recruitment and
interviewing of both hourly and salaried employees
4. Induction Documentation, code creation, work alliance
5.Attendance management, payroll process,
6. Confirmations, appraisals, and performance management.
7. Conducting employee engagement activity and handling employees queries.
8. ESIC, Medicaid, and PF Compliance
