DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve Sales Volume as per Target

Achieve Targeted Market Share against each product

Lead /Guide /Drive the sales team

Achieve target spare parts sales & service metrics

5

Lead the after-sales team

6

Dealer Development, Management and Coordination

7

Lead /Mentor the dealer team

8

Ensure customer satisfaction

9

Achieve sales, after-sales objectives

10

Develop rapport with corporate customers

11

Develop business in new markets, untapped territories

12

Ensure regular reporting from Dealer

13

Ensure regular reporting to HO

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Designation- Sales Engineer

Location- Punjab ( Bhatinda)

Experience- 5 Years & above
