IELTS COUNSELLOR
Job Description:
A student Counselor is a very integral part of the IELTS Team. His primary responsibilities would be as follows (but not limited to )
1. Interact with students and family members and explain the benefits of the IELTS.
To make students attend the IELTS demo.
2. Convince and Enroll students in the program.
3. Coordinate with Different stakeholders and facilitate query resolution for Students and their families.
4. Collaborate with different stakeholders to design and execute strategies for student interaction and enrollment.
5. Systematically maintain student data at every stage and follow through with the process.
6. Work hand in hand with different stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of the student acquisition process.
7. Help and resolve enrolled students' queries.
8. Ensure we maintain positive & Happy student engagement ratings.
