Merchandizer
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Junior Executive – Merchandising to join our export team. In this role, you will link foreign buyers, internal production, and digital sales channels. You will manage export orders, track online product listings and promotional emailers, and follow up through to dispatch and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities

Order Execution & Follow-Up: Coordinate export orders from placement through dispatch. Track production daily to ensure timely shipment.

Payment Collection & Tracking: Follow up regularly with clients for advance payments, balance remittances, and payment collection as per agreed credit terms.

E-Commerce & Online Listing: Upload high-resolution product photos, accurate dimensions, and compelling product descriptions across B2B/B2C online marketing websites and export portals.

Client Email Promotional Campaigns: Create and send out marketing emailers to existing and prospective international clients to promote new jute bag collections and special offers.

Sampling & Approvals: Manage pre-production samples (PPS), lab dips, and artwork approvals with clients.

Buyer Communication: Assist senior merchandisers with daily email correspondence, sharing product catalogs, and providing weekly order status updates.

Quality & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and logistics teams to arrange final inspections, packing lists, shipping documents, and dispatch details
