Job Description :
Production – Experience must be required
Monitoring activity of Production, Purchase, PPC, Fabrication, Maintenance, Dispatch, Factory Admin, spares, Q.C on daily basis
- Monitoring Timely dispatch of Plant and Spares.
- Dispatch Planning of Plants, spares and F.O.C
- Planning and procurement of Machining and casting components and Monitoring. P.O approval
- Forecast planning of Plants.
- Raw material Planning
- Indent Approval of Raw material and consumable items.
- Trouble shooting.
- Vendors bill approval
- Case Voucher approval
- Interaction with customer
- Contractor Bill Approval
- Paint booth installation
- Shot blasting machine shifting
- Stock taking
- Cost Reduction in Machining Items
- Customer complain reduction and Analysis
- ISO preparation and Auditing
- Cost reduction in Plant
- Cost estimation for plant repairing
- New Vendor development
