Job Description:
  • Daily monitoring and control of energy consumption of the entire plant.
  • To ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain related documents.
  • To ensure the daily routine documentation and utility operation as well as attend the breakdown.
  • To ensure the Operation of pre-treatment of the water system.
  • To ensure the effluent treated plant operation, adherence of the system.
  • To responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of entire plant types of machinery and inventory management of spares required.
  • To participate in the new equipment installation, commissioning and qualification activity.
  • To responsible for preparing the qualification protocol, SOP, SOP'S training to employee and other engineering documents.
  • To responsible for sustaining the calibration activity of instruments as per the standard procedure of calibration of instruments.
  • To ensure control on running cost of utilities.
  • To maintain Power Factor at the company level. Adherence to monthly & yearly preventive schedule for Transformers, Control panel, Capacitor Bank, Distribution panel.
  • To Preventive Maintenance of Drug Coating M/C, Blister Sealing M/C, Crimping M/C, etc..
  • Preventive maintenance Sterilization M/C of 16 CF and 5 CF.
  • To monitor & keep optimum loading DG set for better utilization of generated power and reduce the cost of generated power.
  • Ensure all documentation adherences to production and quality standards such as ISO: 9001, 13485.
  • Also monitor& preventive maintenance of utility equipment like Air Compressors, Pumps, etc.
  • Also Monitor & preventive maintenance of HVAC system which contains AHU, CAC & dehumidifiers.

 

Company Profile

The company is in midst of implementing a 0.42 Million Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) integrated steel plant to produce steel. Steel thus produced will consume 0.315 Million Tonne Sponge Iron from the proposed unit and 0.03 Million Tonne from the existing unit. Thus consuming the entire quantity of high grade sponge iron produced in its own manufacturing facilities. When iron is smelted from its ore by commercial processes, it contains more carbon, phosphorus, sulphar etc. than is desirable. To produce high quality steel, the elements must be brought to the within the desirable limits. The liquid steel is processed through AOD and VOD furnaces to achieve the desirable limits of elements. The liquid is then continuously casted into long slabs or through ingots.
