Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced designer with a deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD). As a Design Lead, you will work with a team of researchers, UX and UI designers, visual designers and design managers.
- Transform high level product requirements into fully fledged designed flows
- Independently lead the design projects and manage deliverables
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various UX research methods including user research, competitors analysis
- Perform design audits and heuristic evaluation of digital products
- Research synthesis, design problem extraction and report writing
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Develop information architecture and low fidelity wireframes
- Create high fidelity UI designs and prototypes using Figma
- Proficiency with Figma
- Drive solutions to completion
- Train and lead a team of junior designers
- Actively contribute towards building a community of designers
- Maintaining consistency in the design as well as applying industry best practices
