Senior Supply Chain Manager
Job Description:

Support and drive productivity projects in support of business needs and developments.

Develop appropriate processes and ensure their implementation in order to achieve the above targets

Analyzing the daily Load and capacity and drafting short-term and long-term strategies accordingly

Conducting weekly, monthly & quarterly business review meetings.

Monthly review and revise Warehouse productivity Bench-mark for each operational activity.

Day-to-Day Operations, Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, First Mile Logistics & Returns
-
Inventory Management – Slotting, accuracy, damage, and shrinkage control.

Planning, Strategy deployment, and day-to-day Operations in Order management/fulfillment.

Develops a problem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the root cause.

Responsible for Kaizen, JIT, 5S, Lean process and Inventory, and employee safety.

Implement inventory slotting and pick path optimization to minimize movement
-
Communicate & Coordinate with other departments (within WH & beyond WH) to ensure seamless work.

Schedule all maintenance related actionable of the warehouse.

Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/ System/ Processes.
-
Responsible for cost control, Scrap sale, and 3PL bill verification and processing.

Quality assurance through preventive and corrective actions.

You will be responsible for cross-training associates through skill matrix management.

Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy working environment in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
