Job Description:
  • Ensure the Physical & Chemical Quality.

    3) SMS Stock yard visiting for Dispatch and Physical Supervision

    4) To ensure the inspection & testing of all Raw Materials related to.

    5) To ensure the identification traceability of products with respect to heat, grade                                                        

    6) Study of the Test Certificate  before dispatch the trucks.

    7) Co-Ordination with dispatch and Physical Testing.

    8) Spectro Sample Preparation Checking.

    9) Co-Ordination with chemist and Trainee Chemist as their routine Work.

    10) Attend the Quality Complaints.

  • Collection of report from laboratries and prepare final report for HOD.
  • Attend quality complaint investigation for supply material.
  • Analysis of row material & finished product.
  • SID chemical & physical analysis of Iron Ore, Iron Ore pallets and DRI inspection during despatch.
  • Physical & proximate analysis of coal & GCV by bomb calories meter.
  • Analysis of water quality parameter like hardness alkalinity chloride, TDS, PH value, turbidity conductivity calsium, magnesium, sodium, Iron.
  • Cement Analysis of raw material like of lime stone clinker, fly ash, gypsum, coal & handeling of raw material & final products cement analysis physical & chemical.
  • For analysis raw material & finished product i can operate following instruments.
  • Brinill hardness tester
  • Bumb Calory Meter
  • Spectrometer
  • Turbinding meter
  • PH Meter
  • Saturated magnatic analysier
Company Profile

The company is in midst of implementing a 0.42 Million Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) integrated steel plant to produce steel. Steel thus produced will consume 0.315 Million Tonne Sponge Iron from the proposed unit and 0.03 Million Tonne from the existing unit. Thus consuming the entire quantity of high grade sponge iron produced in its own manufacturing facilities. When iron is smelted from its ore by commercial processes, it contains more carbon, phosphorus, sulphar etc. than is desirable. To produce high quality steel, the elements must be brought to the within the desirable limits. The liquid steel is processed through AOD and VOD furnaces to achieve the desirable limits of elements. The liquid is then continuously casted into long slabs or through ingots.
