Quality Assurance Specialist (F&B)

Job Description:

• Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
• Inspection of Vehicle Records, RM, WIP, Storage and FB Records for Traceability, RM Testing Records, Cleaning Protocol Records, Raw Material Records, Specification & Trend
• Analysis, Training Plan & Schedule Records, Material Testing Records (RM, WIP & FG)
• Maintaining and creating Documents / SOP of Quality Policy, Cleaning SOPs, Specification of RM, WIP & FG, Training Plan, Training Schedule, Vehicle Inspection Checklist, Glass Control Policy
• Carefully maintain a complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
• Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
• Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution following company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
• Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and Reporting issues to management and product development

Skills and qualifications

• Superb computer competence, including database management
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
