Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
1. Lead Quality Compliance: Oversee adherence to GMP, FDA, and ISO standards across all production processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
2. Manage Audits & Inspections: Conduct internal audits, prepare for external inspections, and implement corrective actions to maintain zero-defect quality.
3. Team Supervision: Build and lead a QA team, providing training on protocols and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in pharma operations.
4. Risk Assessment & Validation: Identify quality risks, validate equipment/processes, and approve raw materials to safeguard product integrity.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records, generate quality reports, and drive CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) for ongoing excellence
