Job Description:
Senior Engineer – Process Engineer
Qualification: - B. Tech – Mechanical Engg. from any reputed engineering Institute. OR Post diploma in Tool design or manufacture.
Overall 8 to 10 Years with Work experience of min. 5 years, in any lamination or motor manufacturing organization
- Shall be conversant with manufacturing technology process of precision stampings.
- Shall be responsible for New product development activities right from Enquiry stage to PPAP and Pilot batch production stage.
- Shall be conversant in Precision punching tools, jigs fixtures, etc.
- Shall be able to review, communicate, and convince customers during NPD-related processes or product deviations as required.
- Shall be able to co-ordinate with all internal departments, and all plants, for completing NPD activities, and up to Pilot batch production.
- Shall be able to take up Process design, tool design, and Industrial engineering teams.
- Shall be conversant with supplier development activities. Shall lead all NPD-related outsourcing activities by supporting technically wherever required.
- Shall review all child parts metallurgical requirements, and work closely with sourcing, quality, and development teams in implementing product quality and delivery.
