Lead Designer - Real Estate Industry -(CBD Belapur) Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the Lead Design position for a reputed Real Estate Company at the (CBD Belapur) Navi Mumbai location.

Designation: Design Lead, Marketing

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visualizer cum designer to support the overall creative requirements of brand and business communications
• The position will lead the design vertical at PropertyPistol and will guide & mentor the existing team of 2 designers
• The candidate should have proven visualization and graphic designing experience of 10 years
• Strong ability to conceptualize campaign positioning and creative designs
• Design end-to-end advertising campaigns in close coordination with the content and design team
• Should have managed varied real estate campaigns supporting launch collateral across mediums - print, outdoors, branding signages, etc
• A strong eye for visual composition, typography & color for print media (reports, infographics, brochures, flyers)
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability, +and originality
• Facilitate brand guidelines extension of PRPL in close consultation with the Marketing team

 Skills & Requirement:

• Proficiency in desktop publishing tools: Corel Draw and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
• Good communication skills - English, Hindi & Marathi
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in liaising with printers, knowledge about printing production and techniques
• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, design, or art from a reputed institute will be preferred
• Exposure to the real estate industry is a must. The ideal candidate would be a senior design lead at an agency or working for a real estate brand.

• A strong portfolio (in PDF format) is a must.
