Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Business State Head/Territory Sales Manager for a Reputed Company for their Jaipur Office.

 

Job Description:

  • Identify prospective dealers and convert them into SIS/HSD Liaison with interior Designers/Architect/Cinema partners/AVIs to generate more business
  • Ensure all POS adheres to legal, operational, and safety requirements.
  • Implement execution of new POP from Company approved vendors as per company-approved design & material.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for collaterals, branding, and other point of sales material availability at RIPL SIS/HSD.
  •  Implement visual merchandising strategies/ guidelines forRIPL POS and monitor them regularly.
  • Implement Product & Brand display guidelines across assigned RIPL POS.
  • Increase Brand visibility at RIPL POS.
  • Ensure proper In-shop branding, Signage, Festival Gate/ etc. at Showrooms.
  • Increase Visual Display of the entire range at RIPL POS
  • Monitor performance of assigned HSDs/SISs/AVIs to achieve targets.
  • Prepare sales forecast and budget for assigned Showrooms.
  • Implement plans to promote high-End products.
  • Educate Dealers/ AVIs/ Interior Designers/Architect to sell high-end products.
  • Implementation of MOP System at POS
  • Execute sales promotion programs as per the showroom activity calendar.
  • Facilitate Showrooms to achieve their sales target and growth Incentives.
  • Initiate activities to Increase customer footfalls and convert them into Sales.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor’s products, sales & marketing activities.
  • Ensure timely redressal of Showroom concerns
  •  Ensure Retail coordinators have in-depth Product Knowledge in order to provide the right product to the customer.
  • Coordinate with Internal Channel Training Department to carry out training programs for Retail coordinator and Showroom Staff.
  • Develop successor for Business Continuity.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must have Channel Sales Experience. Minimum 3-4 Years.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Pleasant Personality.
  • Background from Paint/Furniture/ Furnishing/ preferably.
  •  Must be aware of the cities/locations and markets assigned.
  • Good in excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate.
  • Minimum Total Experience – 5 years.
  • Should have his own vehicle
