Job Description:
- QA-Sr. Engineer (3 requirements)
- Working as a MR for QMS (TS 16949:2009).
- Implementation of customer specific requirements& QMS in all functions of the plant.
- Conducting Internal Audits & Implement all actions as per the improvement plan.
- Analysis of Non conformance’s for Corrective/Preventive actions.
- Daily & Monthly rejection analysis.
- Customer complaint handling.
- Analysis & Actions for In-house Rejection, Rework, Scrap, Warranty failures etc.
- Preparation of PPAP documents / reports.
- Arrange & conduct MSA, SPC, Product Audit, Process Audit, Instrument Calibration activity, Gauge & Fixture validation.
- Daily reporting to Plant Head for QA & QMS.
