Job Description:

Skills & Experience:


? 4 to 6  years of experience in OSS Assurance Solution Support
? Good domain knowledge in RAN, CS Core, PS Core, IP, Enterprise, Transmission & Microwave
? Experience in Fault management systems for telecommunication operators, multi-customer, multi-vendor, multi-technology environment
? Strong debugging skills
? Good exposure to either of programing language – Unix shell scripting, Python, SQL, Java
? HPE TeMIP/UCA/UOC product knowledge will have added advantage

 

Responsibilities:

o Participates as a member of deep L2 solution support team.
o Analyzing the root cause of the issue and provide the updates to the customer within SLOs
o Good communication skill to discuss with delivery or Product Support Teams.
o Raise case with product support team as required.
o Deploy the fix in lab environment first and make sure it is working as expected and then prepare the MOP document for this fix and share it to the customer for further review
o Deploy Hot fixes and patches in production environment
o Required to work in 24x7 shifts
