Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Manager – Marketing Strategy & Execution for a reputed company for Work From Home opportunity.

Purpose:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing marketing and sales strategy so as to create an effective commercial launch for the brand and achieve steady growth, profitability and efficiency.
  • To lead and coordinate marketing and sales efforts towards promoting Veira Life and building brand awareness in the various markets.

Job Description:

  • Craft Marketing strategy for the commercial launch and for subsequent milestones in the various markets.
  • Build Marketing plans and activation calendar aligned to the business goals and the strategy.
  • Plan, implement & manage marketing activities in the markets Veira Life plans to expand into.
  • Monitor and track market trends, and analysis of competitor activities to identify opportunities, and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Actively manage the social media accounts of Veira Life. Write and proofread the creative copy. Work closely with the creative designer on the social media content calendar.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and actively work towards implementing them and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the performance of the various marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Founders to improve the website, online content, blogs, and other marketing collateral. To track data analytics on the website.
  • Draft marketing collaterals for the marketing campaigns as needed. Work with creative design and manage the production and performance of multimedia content.
  • Follow any sales lead on social media, emails, or through contacts and open the door for negotiations and further communication.
  • Develop user relationships by communicating with them and answering any queries.
  • Based on MI reports and other analytics, suggest and implement strategies to tailor services and content to improve service and user experience.
  • Work towards creating and helping a robust sales funnel strategy.

Required  Qualification and Skills:

  • Degree in a relevant subject such as marketing, economics, or business.
  • Experience in running social media accounts, creating multimedia assets and collaterals (Using Canva Pro; Knowledge of Adobe Creative services is a bonus)
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to write content for social media and draft simple blog posts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to network, good interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, motivated attitude and able to take initiative.
  • Able to work independently and remotely – take ownership of deliverables and see them to completion.
