We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager for a reputed FMCG company at the Delhi location.
Work experience: 1 Year and above (Experience in Institutional/ HORECA -Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Food/ Dairy Products Sales).
Age: 24 - 35 Years
Gender: Male
Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Special Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and proactive approach and should have good connections with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering).
- Candidates with their own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling existing Institution/ Corporate/ HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) business in respective territory.
- Engaging with Institution/ Corporate/ HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering) clients and generating sales.
- Relationship management and brand-building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill.
- Tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies.
- Participating in promotional/ sampling activities/ events such as marathons, gyms, and other awareness activities.
- Responsible for registration, code creation, and listing of new customers in Yakult’s Sales base and continuously working towards increasing the product dept at store-level by increasing the facing and store positions.
- Coordinating with Category buyers/ Managers for stock fulfillment at the store level and coordinating with Category buyers/Managers for any GRN-related/delivery-related issue and resolving the same.
- Coordinating with key customer managers for branding and promotional activities and following -up with the marketing team and vendors for final branding installations at store level.
- Continuously working towards increasing the product dept at store-level by increasing the facing and store positions and coordinating with Yakult Center reports for resolving any customer-related issues.
