Job Description:

Position : Business Development Manager 

Location : Ahmedabad 

Experience : 5 to 10 Years Experience

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and discover new potential customer and their needs

- Contact existing customers for any new product, service or improvement

- Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods

- Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales

- Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and

profit goals.

- Maintaining a strong understanding of products and service and innovating new ways to serve

businesses.

- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.

- Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities

- Promote company’s products, technology, quality and based on it find solution to customers

requirement

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support

- Lead, guide and train local sales team in achievement of there targets, product innovation, new product development and customer satisfaction.

 

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCES / KNOWLEDGE:

- Graduate or higher qualification in Management / Marketing

- Minimum 8-10 years’ experiences in sales / business development

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Computer knowledge – MS office

 

LANGUAGE:

  • Required writing, reading, and speaking language(s): English and Hindi

 

ABILITIES:

  • Ability to come up with a number of ideas.
  • Think out of box
  • Ability to generate or use different sets of rules for combining or grouping things in different ways.
  • Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to promote change.
  • Anticipate problems and develop contingency plans through Critical Risk Analysis
  • Coordinate the tasks more effectively between departments.
  • Ability to work in timeline in pressure and limitation
