Android/ Kotlin (Mobile) Developer

Job Description:

Key Deliverables: • Strong knowledge of all the android latest versions and available APIs.

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

• Must be aware of writing code in Kotlin.

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.

• Strong in Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Must have complete knowledge of MVVM design patterns.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Help to maintain code quality.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Native Android App Development
• Should have hands on experience in Kotlin
• Should be well-versed with Android, Java, J2EE, Advance Java
• Should have experience in dealing with clients across multiple geographies
• Should have experience of leading, training and guiding a team of developers
• Should have excellent communication skills
