Our requirements for the HR Manager:
- S/he should have qualification with an HR major.
- Experience of around 5 to 7 years in organised retail .
- Preferably from Ahmadabad and conversant with English, Gujarati and Hindi.
- Duties will include recruitment, payroll, visiting stores and troubleshooting of all HR issues.
- Maintain HR documentation as per process.
- Reporting to Managing Director
