Vmware & Server 2019,2016 AD environment and Administrator Roles
Client Environment Linux and Windows_ installations and configurations, troubleshooting or coordination/communication with AMC contractor
Data server related tasks - folder access policies and Auto backup utility and Auto-backup jobs monitoring
New user joining and relieving related tasks- creation and removal of credentials and backup of company data
Antivirus management and client/policy deployment role - present policy and new policies development related
ERP application knowledge Frontend and backend -user training and process development and coordination with OSP as well - Finance, Material,Engineering, Payroll, administration Role
Daebuild Application - CRM leads module - user creation and rights related configurations, regular imports, and coordination with OSP , and integrations
Application and Database server Configurations, troubleshooting backup and update,
CCTV monitoring and backup.
Cosec Matrix attendance application database management and routine troubleshooting / backup related task - and New user
conference room operations and Automation - IT Administrator role and End-user Support
General IT-related knowledge -to resolve Endusers queries related to their task - adaptive attitude and knowledge for any new technical challenges
Regular/Daily Reporting to CBO and Chairman about IT department running task and development (commercial and Technical )
New technologies and automation developments & SOP documentation as well
