Urgent Requirement of Engineer/Sr.Engineer -Mechanical Maintenance for Steel Iron Divison at Jharsuguda Location. 1. Planning and designing the concepts of project and implementation, testing and handover of the same 2. Preparing specifications and technical drawing of electrical network & approval. 3. Generation & distribution of electricity to users and report preparation 4. Preventive maintenance planning and execution. 5. Trouble shooting of Electrical maintenance. 6. Monitoring & modifying electrical network in use, to improve future design as per process requirement 7. Implementations of P &Ps findings, QHSE requirement and Life principles
Company Profile
The company is in midst of implementing a 0.42 Million Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) integrated steel plant to produce steel. Steel thus produced will consume 0.315 Million Tonne Sponge Iron from the proposed unit and 0.03 Million Tonne from the existing unit. Thus consuming the entire quantity of high grade sponge iron produced in its own manufacturing facilities. When iron is smelted from its ore by commercial processes, it contains more carbon, phosphorus, sulphar etc. than is desirable. To produce high quality steel, the elements must be brought to the within the desirable limits. The liquid steel is processed through AOD and VOD furnaces to achieve the desirable limits of elements. The liquid is then continuously casted into long slabs or through ingots.
